Xiaomi India has just presented the new app Xiaomi Service + through which customers can get chat support, consult quotes and spare parts prices and book repairs, installations and demonstrations for all their Xiaomi devices.
Once logged in via Mi account, users can add their devices by scanning or entering their IMEI or serial number and subsequently they will be able to access the support tickets that will be displayed in the “Active” and “Completed” sections according to their state.

Finally, the app allows you to locate nearby service centers by granting location permissions or by entering a postcode.
The app Xiaomi Service + is already available via the Google Play Store and can be installed on any smartphone running Android 5.0 or later, but for the moment it is only available for the Indian market.
