WhatsApp has just started releasing a new update of the Beta version of the application for Android through the Google Play Beta Program: the version has arrived 2.22.9.7. The most interesting novelty of this new version is undoubtedly the new tools for drawing, now made available for some beta testers.

WhatsApp Beta: the news of the update 2.22.9.7
The most significant novelty of this new update of WhatsApp Beta, as mentioned, concerns the freehand drawing tools when editing the images to be sent.
This is not an absolute novelty, since we had already anticipated the arrival of this function a few months ago and that WhatsApp Beta for Android it arrives late compared to counterpart for iOS. Finally the function is released with version 2.22.9.7, however the roll out is not yet particularly large and several Beta users – including the writer – have not yet received it.
In the following screenshot you can see the result in the novelty: they appear at the bottom of the screen new pencils among which you can choose, including the one with a blur effect so far exclusive to the iOS app.
