The TIM fixed network customers affected by the aforementioned change were informed with a specific communication, published in the TIM invoice received in July 2021.
Customers not interested in accepting the contractual variation indicated above, pursuant to art. 70, paragraph 4 of the Electronic Communications Code, have had the right to withdraw from the contract or to switch to another operator, without penalties or deactivation costs, notifying them by 31 August 2021, according to the “Right of withdrawal” procedures. available from TIM. Exceptionally, TIM has extended the possibility of withdrawing from the contract, also by switching to another operator, without penalties or decommissioning costs, until 15 September 2021.

From 26 October 2021, the monthly cost of subscribing to certain Vodafone fixed network offers will increase by € 1.99 per month. Vodafone has motivated this change as follows: “to continue investing in the network and better respond to new traffic needs”.
