The app offers the possibility of making a VOIP call to be put in contact with the first available doctor and immediately receive a consultation just in case.
The doctors ready to respond are qualified and carefully selected specialists to offer patients a fast and reliable service.
How the SOS Medico app works
The app initially asks you to register as a doctor or as a patient. To use SOS Medico as a patient, simply select the specialization (surgery, cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, urology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, dentistry, dermatology, neurology, psychology, psychiatry, ENT, Coronavirus), or select general practitioner and you will be immediately put in contact with the first available specialist doctor who will be able to provide you with advice.
The use of the app is free, however it is expected to pay for the consultation, securely by card, based on the actual minutes of conversation.
SOS Doctor is available for Android for free with no in-app purchases and asks for permissions to access contacts, microphone, Wi-Fi connection information. Below you will find the badge to reach the application page in Play Store from Google. Android 4.1 or later is sufficient for installation.
