In the lower part there are no longer three sections but four: the Friends and Profile section remain unchanged, but the home screen and the Training tab are now separate. The intent is certainly to provide a more complete overview as soon as the app opens, making adequate use of the elements on the screen. Just swipe the home screen to have all the essential data at hand. it is also possible add more tabs in the home that normally are not displayed, such as the level of stress, the calories consumed and the level of oxygenation of the blood.

All workouts have been moved to the corresponding section and no longer accessible from the home. In the previous version, in fact, in the upper part there were quick links to be able to view training data with the possibility of starting a run, a walk or a session with the bicycle / stationary bike.
