Google Maps begins to welcome the Material You of Android 12
After seeing it on Gmail, Messages, Gboard, and other Google apps, it’s time to embrace the Material You on Google Maps as well. As we can see in the screenshot below you may find yourself a new one at any moment bottom navigation bar with elements of Material You, obviously also in dark mode.
It seems that Google is doing some tests on the Android application because there are still some important elements in Material You key; for now no dynamic colors, for example, but we hope they will arrive soon. If you want to update Google Maps to the latest version available, the 11.5.4, you can go to the Google Play Store by following the badge below or manually download and install the APK.
