The rumors that Ubisoft in collaboration with WeGame (Tencent) was developing a mobile version of Rainbow Six Siege started last year after Ubisoft Halifax sent out a player survey.
Additionally, Tencent’s fourth quarter earnings conference also revealed “Projects with Ubisoft” in the 2023 timeline, suggesting the game could launch globally next year. Yesterday, new rumors emerged that Ubisoft is about to unveil the awaited tactical shooter.
Ubisoft may unveil Rainbow Six Siege Mobile in April
According to a report by eXputer, Rainbox Six Siege Mobile will be revealed on April 6 through a trailer that will reveal some details of the game.
In the early stages of development, the game is expected to follow a traditional roadmap with a beta build available to players who sign up for the testing program.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is a tactical first person shooter that debuted on December 1, 2015 on PC And console. The game is focused on environmental destruction and cooperation between players in various game modes that include operations such as rescuing a hostage, defusing a bomb and taking control of an objective.
According to some sources who have seen a presentation behind the scenes, it would be a huge production for the mobile game market, able to make fans of the series and beyond happy.
