For gaming enthusiasts, new headphones and a new router from the Asus ROG and JVC brands arrive on the Italian market. In particular, the JVC GG-01, ROG Fusion II 500 and ROG Fusion II 300 headphones debut as well as the ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 gaming router. Let’s find out the main features and prices of these new products.
The GG-01 model gaming headphones with 40mm driver with low distortion, optimized microphone for the needs of players and a weight of 199 grams. To maintain a low weight of the product, perhaps the main feature of these headphones, JVC has employed a honeycomb structure on the back of each housing to ensure better comfort during gaming sessions, as well as an adjustable elastic headband with a cursor. The ear cups are made of soft and thick memory foam, so as to minimize moisture from perspiration when worn for long periods. The GG-01s come with a detachable microphone and cable (when not in use), and a Y-splitter. The connection is wireless with low latency on a 2.4 GHz network via the transmitter which must be connected to the device that emits the sound. JVC estimates a battery life of over 15 hours of use on a single full charge.
Regarding price and availability, the gaming headphones JVC GG-01 are available on Amazon.it at a price of 89.99 euros in the Black color variant.
Fusion II 500 and Fusion II 300 are the latest gaming headsets from ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG), designed to offer a virtual 7.1 surround sound and with technology ESS 9280 Quad DAC high resolution and lossless audio processing through i 50mm driverwith each of the four DACs allocating processing power to a subset of the audible frequency range – low, mid, high, and ultra-high.
These headphones also feature ASUS AI Beamforming microphones that create an acoustic zone of 40 degrees at the wearer’s mouth and filter background noises from other directions for better and more precise speech detection. Furthermore, the AI Noise Cancellation technology identifies and reduces background noise by up to 95%, isolating it by recognizing over 500 million different types of noise, including chatter, keyboard typing and mouse clicks.
The ROG Fusion II 500 model offers the feature Game Chat which allows separate chat volume control to balance game audio and communication during gameplay according to your preferences and three types of connections – 3.5mm audio jack, USB-C and USB Type A – to be compatible with any type of device, including notebooks, desktop PCs, smartphones and mobile devices, but also gaming consoles. The Fusion II 300 headphones, on the other hand, lack the 3.5 mm audio jack.
Both headphones integrate theAura RGB lighting customizable to provide over 16.8 million color combinations and six preset lighting effects, selectable via Armory Crate. The software, in fact, offers extensive controls and an intuitive interface to adjust lighting and audio profiles at will.
As for prices and availability, the ROG Fusion II 500 gaming headphones are found in Italy at the ASUS Gold Stores, the resellers participating in the Powered by ASUS Program and the main ASUS commercial partners at a recommended retail price of 219 euros, while the headphones Fusion II 300 will instead be available over the next few months.

The OG Rapture GT-AXE11000 gaming router from Asus equipped with support for the latest wireless networking standard WiFi 6E (802.11ax). It is available at the Asus Gold Store, the resellers participating in the Powered by ASUS Program and at the main Asus commercial partners at the recommended retail price of € 589.90.
The combination of OFDMA and MU-MIMO from WiFi 6 increases the efficiency and capacity of the network up to 4 times compared to the previous WiFi 5 standard (802.11ac), with greater efficiency even in multi-device environments. OFDMA allows signals from multiple devices to be grouped and transmitted simultaneously, reducing latency for a smoother and more responsive WiFi experience. WiFi 6 also possesses the technology Target Wait Time which allows you to schedule data transmissions, allowing devices such as IoT sensors to “sleep” for longer periods, thus reducing the overall power consumption of the device by up to 7 times, for significantly improved battery life.
WiFi 6E is an evolution of WiFi 6 and takes advantage of the new radio spectrum available in the 6 GHz band which offers 3 times more bandwidth than the traditional 5 GHz band, adding up to seven 160 MHz frequency channels to the two available in the current WiFi standard 6. Note, however, that the availability and features of WiFi 6E depend on regulatory limitations and coexistence with 5 GHz WiFi, with the number of extra 160 MHz channels available that may be less than 7. WiFi 6E technology it also provides more massive support capability for attachable devices and lower latency.
We remind you that to benefit from WiFi 6E or WiFi 6, support for the same is also required by the device connected to the router, otherwise the connected device connects to the router with a previous standard, being the GT-AXE11000 backwards compatible with existing WiFi standards. .
The 6 GHz band of ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 is dedicated exclusively to WiFi 6E devices in order to maintain high speeds without being affected by previous generation devices. WiFi 6E on the 6 GHz band works without Dynamic Frequency Selection, a feature that prevents interference with third-party equipment such as air traffic control radars, allowing devices to connect without the delays imposed by DFS. In the standard 5GHz band in WiFi 6, however, the 160 MHz channels operate by engaging the DFS.
This tri-band router supports one combined WiFi speeds of up to nearly 11000 Mbps: 1148 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band, 4804 Mbps on the 5 GHz band, and 4804 Mbps on the 6 GHz band. It also supports WAN aggregation for internet connection speeds up to 2 Gbps. GT-AXE11000 is equipped with a power amplifier and is powered by a 1.8GHz 64-bit quad-core CPU with 1GB RAM. The distance between motherboard connectors and antennas has been minimized for less power loss and better coverage. The antenna design optimizes the signal strength in each direction by isolating each of the eight antennas, with particular attention to those at 6 GHz. To keep the temperature of the internal components of the router low, it has an aluminum heat sink, points of extra thermal solder on the board, precision cuts in the component shielding to better accommodate thermal pads and vents in the chassis (on the top, sides and bottom) aligned with the internal heat sink.
GT-AXE11000 implements a Dedicated gaming port which prioritizes any connected wired device, ensuring its data traffic is always at the top of the queue, lowering its ping rate and reducing gaming latency. Game Boost (adaptive QoS) instead it allows you to prioritize game packets on the network.
This router supports Asus AiMeshtherefore it can be integrated with other compatible mesh devices that may be present in the environment.
GT-AXE11000 includes 90 days trial of Outfox network gaming and also for life the AiProtection Pro commercial-grade network security suite developed by Trend Micro.
