Galaxy for the Planet.
As anticipated in recent days, the Galaxy S22 series is made with the good of our planet in mind. Samsung helps recover used fishing nets lost at sea, turning them into materials for smartphones. This material, used in the key holders of the Galaxy S22 series, contains 20% recycled plastic from the oceans, specifically from fishing nets lost at sea. The Galaxy S22 series also incorporates recycled materials into the audio speaker modules, as well as the internal parts of the on / off and volume keys. In addition to ocean plastics, 100% recycled paper is used in the Galaxy S22’s packaging, and a protective film made from recycled plastic is included on the display. Each case is also designed with eco-friendly and UL-certified materials, such as post-use recycled plastics or bio-based substances.
