The new generation of Samsung smartwatches should go to file the autonomy problems encountered by several users in possession of the previous Galaxy Watch 4 (find our review of the Classic model in this article), presented by the South Korean giant last August in conjunction with the folding Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 5: battery details revealed
According to what was discovered in the Safety Korea and reported by the specialized portal SAMMobilethe next Galaxy Watch 5 from Samsung should be equipped with a bigger battery of the predecessors.
Already a few days ago, information was leaked regarding the version with a 40 mm case (SM-R900), which will be equipped with a 276 mAh; the news fresh concerns the capacity of the 44mm case version (SM-R910) which should be equipped with a 397 mAhmuch larger than the one currently present on the Galaxy Watch 4 with 44mm case (361mAh).
Despite the Galaxy Watch 4 Samsung are two very popular Android smartwatches, finally with Wear OS, capable of offering various features, such as ECGs and body composition analysis, and equipped with an oximeter, Samsung is working to improve them further.
Battery life aside, the next-generation smartwatch could offer additional features to provide more complete and accurate health and fitness tracking, and should be equipped with a sensor that measures body temperature.
As we said at the beginning, Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 it should be presented in the second half of the year, probably during the summer to coincide with the next generation of leaflets from Samsung.
