ASUS ZenCare offers free repair and refunds of up to 1000 euros on new notebooks in Italy

ASUS has introduced the program in Italy ASUS ZenCareaimed at private users and companies, which allows you to receive a full refund up to a maximum of 1,000 euros in the event of a failure of an ASUS Notebook among those selected and purchased between September 15, 2021 and December 31, 2022.

This is how ASUS ZenCare works: when you find a failure in your laptop after 30 days and up to 365 days from the date of purchase, you can request a refund equal to the purchase price of the product itself, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros. . In addition, product repair under warranty is also provided (with the exception of accidental damage caused by improper use of the personal computer and malfunctions of the latter due to software problems).

Home users are allowed to register up to five Notebooks and request a refund for one of them, while businesses can register up to twenty personal computers and request a refund for up to five products.

To be able to subscribe to the program, free of charge, just register on the zencare.asus.com/it-it/register/personal portal and register the notebook within 15 days from the date of purchase, by entering your personal data and information relating to the personal computer purchased. . Product registration requires submission of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the price, product reference and date of purchase circled as well as a legible photo of the product label showing the Serial or Serial Number Number (S / N).

In the event that a technical failure should occur, after 30 and within 365 days from the date of purchase of the product, to benefit from ASUS ZenCare protection, you must contact and have the Notebook repaired at one of the authorized ASUS centers. Contact details can be found in the warranty documents supplied with the product or on the ASUS website. Within 15 days of receiving the repaired product, you must log into your account to submit your refund request. To complete this request, you must provide the requested information (return case number (RMA), intervention report provided by the ASUS service center, bank details where to allocate the refund). You will then receive an e-mail with the registration number.
