Solution 1: Disconnect all removable devices

The misconfigured BIOS / UEFI settings and a flash disk not ejected can cause this error and prevent Bootmgr to run.
This is because BIOS settings have been configured to use one of the removable devices from which it starts (for example, a USB key, external hard drive Where DVD), and not internal hard drive where the system is installed.

If the repair failed to fix the error, press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart Then repair corrupt / damaged BOOTMGR file by performing the steps below.
On the screen Advanced boot options Click on command prompt which will allow you to launch the file Bootrec.exe to repair the Master Boot Record on your Windows.
Run the command below:
Bootrec / fixMbr
To repair Master Boot Record corruption issues, or when you need to clean up the MBR code. This command will not overwrite the existing partition table on the hard drive.

If the boot sector has been replaced with another non-standard code, the sector is damaged, or when you installed an older version of the operating system alongside another newer version

Solution 5: Rebuild BCD using CMD

Run the following commands to export and erase BCD memory and use the command again RebuildBcd and try to start Windows 10.

Solution 6: Repair the Windows image
Open again command prompt from advanced boot options and run the command below. Repair the Windows image that can cause this error.
DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth

After running the command, type the command sfc / scannow to fix corrupt / missing system files. Wait until the command to complete. After restart the system and check if Windows starts correctly.
